Your Commercial Experts!
Metal & Roof Production was initially a stand alone metal shop, but as we produced and installed our metal, we found our customers needed us to cast a larger net. With 27+ years of commercial experience under her belt, MRP owner Christine Scott opened our doors to the full commercial side of roofing!
We are capable of providing 30+ member crews for projects all across the DFW metroplex, and have full time supervisors on site.
Inspections
- An MRP supervisor/estimator will inspect the commercial property or work from blueprints. If the job is a manufacturer certified project, the manufacturer will need to inspect the roof before issuing your NDL warranty.
Installers
- MRP installers are fully trained and certified with any material we offer. We are NDL/watertight certified with Carlisle Syntec Systems, Certainteed, Mule-Hide Products, and Berridge.
Warranties
- Workmanship – Metal & Roof Production offers a 5 year warranty on installation and workmanship. Upon a notification and an inspection of the problem, we will make all necessary repairs at no extra cost.
-
In addition to our standard warranties, NDL (no dollar limit) warranties are also available. NDL warranties are unique to commercial roofing and represent a combined manufacturer and workmanship warranty. This type of warranty offers the building owner peace of mind for several reasons, including:
- Installers must be certified by the manufacturer
- Manufacturers dictate the roof system products to be installed
- Manufacturers inspect and certify the proper installation of the roof system
- Manufacturers will provide roof maintenance guidelines to owners
- Manufacturers will receive and process to a certified installer any calls from a building owner regarding material defects, leaks and any other issues covered by the warranty
