Let us handle your metal work while you do the shingles!
A roofing company had a hail claim on this house and asked us to do the front Standing Seam portion on the house. We wrote an estimate that fit within their budget on the insurance claim. We then met with the roofer and homeowner to go over samples so that the homeowner had the perfect color that they wanted.
Once the project was ready, we removed all the existing metal, including all the flashings. This meant that some siding came off, too. With a clean slate to work with, we installed a new McElroy 24-gauge, Dark Bronze Kynar-finished snap lock panel system that looked great. We installed all necessary transition metal so the shingle crew would be ready to go, and we even installed and painted new Hardie siding where it had to be removed. We made it easy on our client so that they didn’t have to take care of anything except that which was their bread and butter!
